Responsibilities

  • Be present during office hours of 9am-6pm at the front desk
  • Ensure all supplies are stocked including break room area and office supplies
  • Check office for general cleanliness and address accordingly
  • Work with all teams and assist with scheduling of conference rooms and events
  • Check and sort mail and packages to ensure they go to correct departments
  • Work with procurement and HR team to make sure packages and critical mail items are shipped out in a timely manner
  • Manage and be the main POC for travel and assist employees getting accounts setup
  • Assist maintenance crews to make sure they have proper access
  • Work with building management to ensure heating/cooling, lights and security and maintained and working properly or any other physical building maintenance.
  • Greet office visitors and get them proper badging and access
Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
  • Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
  • Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
  • Leadership ability to manage challenges and work with little oversight
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
  • Professional and courteous demeanor as you the first impression of the company for visitors.
  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft office suite
Education and Experience
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Prefer prior experience as an Office assistant or administrator with at least 3 years of experience.
