We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Employee Listening Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering our employee listening system, creating surveys, and conducting basic data analysis to derive insights on employee experience and engagement. This position requires the ability to work independently in a different time zone from the rest of the team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders from various departments. Responsibilities:

System Administration:

  • Administer the employee listening system, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of surveys and data collection processes.
  • Implement necessary updates and improvements to enhance system efficiency.

Survey Creation and Management:

  • Design and create surveys tailored to capture relevant data on employee experience and engagement.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements for survey content and objectives.

Data Analysis:

  • Perform basic data analysis on survey results, combining data from engagement and other lifecycle surveys with employee data from various sources.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data to derive actionable insights.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations.

Independent Work and Collaboration:

  • Work independently in a different time zone, managing tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from different teams to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Communicate findings and insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders, providing valuable recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in administering survey platforms and systems, preferably in an HR or employee engagement context.
  • Proficiency in basic data analysis techniques and tools, such as Excel, R, Python, Tableau, or similar software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Basic storytelling and PowerPoint skills to put together presentations and reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in work.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Experience working with employees in different time zones or international teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement concepts and best practices is desirable.
