**Responsibilities**:
- ** Estimation & Analysis**:Utilize HVAC & Plumbing expertise to estimate project costs accurately.
- ** Collaboration**:Work closely with senior estimators, customers, and project managers to comprehend project requirements.
- ** Documentation**:Conduct manual blueprint take-offs and input information accurately into estimating programs.
- ** Communication**: Liaise effectively with customers and project managers to maintain project schedules and ensure specifications compliance.
- ** Attention to Detail**:Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in estimation calculations and project specifications.

**Qualifications**:
- ** Experience**:4 to 5 years in HVAC & Plumbing Estimation.
