Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and accommodate unforeseen changes in project scope. Collaborate with project teams to effectively manage project risks.
  6. Bid Presentation and Client Engagement: Present cost estimates, proposals, and bid documents to clients and project stakeholders. Clarify cost assumptions, methodologies, and pricing strategies to validate the proposed budget and secure client approval. Address client inquiries and concerns to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough records of cost estimates, bid documents, subcontractor agreements, and project correspondence.
