- Schedule appointments
- Input all patient information into computer database and file confidentially
- Performed day to day secretarial functions and general office duties including word processing, copying filing, faxing data entry and answering multi-line telephones.
- Assist in checking in and checking out patients and scheduling for any type of testing and/or follow ups.
- Obtain and verify patient information
- Exercised problem solving and conflict resolution skills when handling patient complaints, and refers patient complaints to appropriate designated personnel as needed
- Receive incoming deliveries and sort supplies in appropriate places
- Posted payments at the close of business
- Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 YEAR of medical front desk
- Dependable, multitasker, with great communication skills
- Able to lift 25lbs
- Pay: Starting $17.00
- Expected hours: 40 per week
