**Business Development Specialist - Role Requirements**

**Primary Responsibilities**

This territory sales role requires strong focus on the following:
**- 80% - New Business Development - New Customer Development** - Prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with NEW customers to grow and saturate the territory.

**- 20% - Support and Administration** - Working with service to develop leads, tracking results, reporting, territory strategy, planning, proposals, and sales administration activities.

**Additional Experience ** Prior industry-related sales leadership experience in safety products or PPE is a plus.

**Benefits & Compensation** - Ritz Safety provides a highly competitive base salary and performance-based incentive compensation and benefits program.

Pay: $58,783.47 - $65,406.48 per year
