The Role

As a Business Development Director within our Work, Rewards & Career practice, you will be responsible for:

  1. Identifying new revenue opportunities
  2. Driving new customer growth
  3. Developing a go-to-market strategy by partnering with senior leadership to realize and capitalize on opportunities for market expansion, increased profitability, and sustained success in a competitive business landscape.

In this role you will:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  3. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  6. Analyze market data to identify potential areas for business expansion and product/service enhancement.
  7. Advise and consult with companies on their broader HR challenges.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of client solutions.
