**Administrative Assistant/Support**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answer phones.
- Monthly monitoring of inspections
- Manage weekly schedules
- Manage weekly leasing ladders
- Coordinate with Property Managers schedules for inspections
- Manage our office calendar
- Maintain accounting and management files
- Assist accounting with monthly reports
- Assist with weekly check distribution
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed or assigned by the Vice President of Executive Services

Experience**:Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required or determined individual to share your talents. Great communication and organizational skills, as well as project management skills, bookkeeping skills, and time management skills.**

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
