This position serves as Project Administrator to the newly instituted Developmental AIDS Research Center (DARC) between Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (JHSPH) and Rollins School of Public Health (RSPH) at Emory University. The DARC will build capacity for the measurement of stigma and development of interventions focused on responding to stigma as a threat to both mental health and suboptimal individual and population level HIV outcomes in the United States and around the world. This center will also support emerging and established investigators via creation of interdisciplinary knowledge sharing pathways, building on longstanding partnerships in stigma and

funded HIV research. The Center has four proposed cores: Administrative Core, Stigma Measurement Core, Stigma Intervention Core, and the Developmental Core.

We are seeking a **_Project Administrator _**who will work closely with the Coprincipal Investigators (PIs), Directors and Coinvestigators (CoIs) across the respective DARC cores and will be responsible for the day today administrative functions of the DARC. The role requires demonstrated competencies in strategic planning; program, fiscal, grant, human resources, and facilities management; community engagement; and equity, diversity and inclusion work for the successful implementation of the ambitious, yet feasible DARC aims.

**Specific Duties & Responsibilities**
- Administrative Core_
- The DARC Administrative Core will support center research coordination and output through efficient and effective management structures, sharing of methodological resources for stigma measurement and stigma interventions, and support for dissemination.
- The Administrative Core will monitor progress across all cores and provide the organizational and administrative structure conducive for ensuring collaborative efforts that are aligned with capacity building initiatives both internal and external to the DARC.
- Duties & Responsibilities of the DARC Project Administrator include, but are not limited to, Center Management and Coordination_
- Manage, coordinate, and oversee the entire range of dARC activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the project milestones are being met and implemented effectively within the proposed timelines.
- Ensure collaborative efforts and interaction among the Cores and Scientific Working Groups by facilitating innovative, feasible, and coordinated communication across Cores, including assisting new, junior, and new to stigma researchers in accessing dARC information, resources, and affiliated faculty.
- Act as a resource to and navigator for dARC PIs, Core Directors and CoIs, JHSPH and RSPH faculty and staff, collaborators, and community members; Support the identification of and establishment of the External Scientific Advisory Board prioritizing academic and community representation.
- Assist formative planning and facilitation of Executive Committee board meetings (monthly), including documenting meeting minutes, contributing to discussion, and proactively implementing operations and administrative decisions for fiscal and policy matters; Assist dARC Cores with activities (i.e., development of study projections in alignment with proposals and implementation schedules/timelines; annual reporting; events; service requests)
- Assist in the development and facilitation of dARC Scientific Working Groups and Interest Groups, such as scheduling and organizing meetings, events and grant developments, and act as a liaison between such groups and the dARC Leadership Committee, Executive Committee, and external Scientific Advisory Board”as is applicable; Assist InterdARC Working Groups, such as scheduling and organizing meetings, events and grant developments, and act as a liaison between such groups and the dARC Leadership Committee, Executive Committee, and external Scientific Advisory Board”as is applicable.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication with other collaborating partners at the university and community/partner levels.
- Develop Center wide benchmark performance indicators for monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
- Analyze outcomes data from Core activities and events to demonstrate value added provided by the dARC and identify areas of improvement.
- Identify and implement improvements to project efficiencies (i.e., better and faster ways to accomplish tasks, as well as opportunities for reducing costs).
- Develop a taxonomy or classification scheme for knowledge management and implement across all Cores”as is applicable
- Supervise study coordinators across respective dARC Cores.
- Complete all appropriate compliance trainings and monitor compliance across all Center faculty and personnel.
- Keep abreast of available resources related to project management and research implementation across JHSPH and RSPH; and Organize and oversee dARC sponsored events (e.g., annual meeting)
