As a coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the efficient movement of freight, optimizing routes for maximization of profit margin, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask will be essential in managing a high volume of shipments and effectively resolving any logístical challenges that arise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate the movement of freight for Transportation Volume LTL consolidation operations.
- Assign and schedule pickups and deliveries to drivers, ensuring optimal efficiency and adherence to customer requirements.
- Communicate with customers, carriers, and drivers to provide accurate shipment information and address any questions or concerns.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address any potential delays or issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Utilize transportation management systems and other relevant software tools to track and document shipment details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities, including load information, driver assignments, and delivery confirmations.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Spanish is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional education or training in logistics or transportation management is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions to resolve issues as they arise.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in record-keeping and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Open and Flexibility of schedule to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by operational needs.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
