**Responsibilities**

**Minimum Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and managing HR manager activities in a large organization, with union and non-union populations, proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive, People oriented and results driven, Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and Knowledge of HR Other Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills, Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills, Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company, In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook and PeopleSoft HCM.systems and databases

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $68.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
