Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the design, development, and execution of HCM and ERP integrations within the Oracle ecosystem.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Create and sustain integration architecture and comprehensive documentation.
  • Diagnose and resolve integration challenges, ensuring minimal impact on operational continuity.
  • Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Keep abreast of the latest Oracle technologies and best practices in integration.
  • Ensure adherence to data security and privacy standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in HCM and ERP integrations, particularly with Oracle.
  • In-depth knowledge of integration tools and technologies, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading integration initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to operate in a hybrid work environment, with occasional travel requirements.
