Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the architecture, development, and execution of HCM and ERP integrations utilizing Oracle technologies.
  • Engage with diverse teams to collect requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Create and sustain integration frameworks and documentation.
  • Diagnose and rectify integration challenges, ensuring minimal impact on operational activities.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Remain informed about the latest Oracle advancements and integration methodologies.
  • Guarantee adherence to data protection and privacy standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in HCM and ERP integrations, particularly with Oracle.
  • In-depth knowledge of integration technologies and tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Demonstrated success in leading integration initiatives and managing interdisciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with occasional travel requirements.
