**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the New Product Development and Technical Services team to execute the launch/implementation of various projects across our portfolio. The role requires a highly organized detailed oriented and self-directed team player with outstanding organization and communication skills. Strong ability to develop timelines, take meeting minutes and action items during team meetings and performing basic follow up tasks to hold team members accountable and keep projects on track. The role requires entry level project management skills, demonstrated by the ability to facilitate project team meetings within a rapidly evolving, cross-functional, regulated environment. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the new product introduction process and technical service projects such as cost savings and product reformulations. The role requires strong cross-functional business acumen demonstrated by working with multiple departments such as Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Operations.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES/ACTIVIES**:

- Builds milestone charts and project timelines with input from project owners and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Produces meeting minutes and monitors action item against key milestones.
- Schedules and facilitates regular project team meetings.
- Manages the overall execution of project plans.
- Performs other related project management duties as within Prestige Business Units as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in science or engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience and/or as a Technical Project Manager with experience in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing or Supply Chain (including Manufacturing Science (MSAT) and Technology, Operations/Production, Engineering, or related fields)
- Experience with dynamic project management tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or similar) required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (inclusive of presentation skills with tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel) required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams from indirect and direct leadership perspectives.
- Technology Transfer leadership experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Consumer Packaged Goods Industries.

**CERTIFICATIONS/AFFILIATIONS**:

- PMP certification is a plus.
