The scheduling coordinator is responsible for accurately tracking all installation dates, project and material holds, communicating to customers and noting project statuses. Works closely with the installation team for window, siding and doors to gather information on specific installation dates and communicate the information to customers and internal teams (production, administration, and sales)

Essential Functions:

- Scheduling and coordinating siding, window & door projects.
- Provides excellent customer service, keeping customers informed of all project statuses.
- Tracking material and customer holds, noting status of the projects in internal systems and communicating to customers, following up with production teams when necessary. Reviewing held projects on an ongoing basis.
- Monitoring Inventory/job pull sheets.
- Communicates project status to accounting, requesting progress and final billing.
- Place orders for job materials with our suppliers.
- Contact customer for scheduling of contracted work *verify color, styles, and go over what to expect, ETC.
- Place material order
- Mark daily calendar for material delivery verification & schedule
- Create job packet for job supervisor.
- Follow up with customer upon job completion.
- Verify all expenses have been entered into CRM system.

Qualifications:

- Highly organized and efficient
- Proficient in system management
- Proficient in Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Proficient in production and CRM systems. Acculynx a plus but not necessary
- Proficient in phone systems (VoIP systems) & in office equipment (copiers, printers)
- Previous experience in a exterior remodeling construction-related role
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.

Work Schedule - M-F, 7:00am - 3pm

Compensation:

- Salary Range; $40K - $50K
