Your Contribution:

The Lone Wolf Team is dedicated to the support, operation, and maintenance of the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network - Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES). This network is a Department of Defense provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data global communications system that enhances collaboration among senior leaders and essential personnel.

We seek candidates who demonstrate a robust work ethic and the capability to function as a vital team member in achieving mission goals and supporting our clients. We appreciate individuals who are meticulous while also possessing the agility to respond swiftly to emerging and unique challenges. Success in this position requires the ability to quickly adapt and learn to manage both the front and back end of new products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:


• Create and sustain a Microsoft Project resource-loaded schedule that integrates across various functional domains.


• Combine schedule creation, resource tracking and analysis, critical path identification and evaluation, and develop project plans, assessments, and mini schedules as necessary.


• Collaborate with workflow management, project managers, engineering, fielding and deployment, and other functional areas to formulate project schedules and address changes and challenges.


• Engage in daily telecommunications and scheduling meetings, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities related to operational support.


• Conduct and lead weekly Integrated Master Schedule meetings with project managers.


• Prepare and present monthly Integrated Master Schedule overviews and trends to leadership.

Qualifications:


• Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with SCI or the capability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.


• A minimum of 3 years of relevant and progressive experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation and customer interaction abilities necessary for securing and scheduling inter-organizational support.


• Highly organized with the capacity to coordinate, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks concurrently in a high-pressure setting.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Project.
