We're looking for a warm and caring individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. Our practice isn't just about adjustments and appointments; it's about creating a nurturing environment where patients feel welcomed, supported, and understood. We see our office as a retreat spacea sanctuary for individuals seeking physical, mental, and emotional healing.

Responsibilities as an Office Assistant at Rilascio Chiropractic include:
  • Welcoming patients with warmth and sincerity.
  • Answering phones with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborating closely with our doctors to enhance office efficiency and customer care.
  • Handling billing and financial transactions with care and attention.
  • Managing scheduling and patient follow-ups.
  • Corresponding via letters and email with professionalism and warmth.
  • Ensuring that every individual who enters our office feels embraced and valued.
  • Assisting with office events, organizational tasks, and maintaining office functionality.

Hours:
Must be able to work the following, firm schedule:
  • Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM
  • Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
