**Job Scheduling**: Efficiently coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring optimal use of technician time and resources.**Internal Coordination**: Work closely with our technical team to ensure they have all necessary information and resources to execute jobs effectively.**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointments, and technician schedules.**Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or client concerns in a timely and professional manner.**Quality Assurance**: Ensure all services are scheduled in compliance with industry standards and company policies.**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in standard office software and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A strong focus on customer service and team collaboration.

**Expected Hours**:

- Full Time - Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
