Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist within our plumbing division, you will handle incoming plumbing inquiries, initiate outbound calls to our existing clientele, and coordinate plumbing appointments while assisting the plumbing department with dispatching tasks. Your role is crucial in maintaining effective communication and scheduling for our plumbing services, while also enjoying interactions with our customers.


Your Work Schedule

Our Customer Support Specialists have the flexibility to work Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.


Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or dispatching within a plumbing context
  • Familiarity with Service Titan software
  • Prior phone customer service experience (preferred)
  • Sales experience (preferred)
