**Major Responsibilities**:

- Play a critical role in supporting the delivery of marketing activations that support business objectives and drive measurable ROI.
- Responsible for coordination of all marketing vehicle fleet, maintains detailed and accurate vehicle records.
- Works with internal managers, Vehicle Administration, Legal, and external agencies to track and log vehicles coming and going for marketing purposes (e.g., marketing video/photo shoots, experiential/events, and VIP vehicle loans).
- Exercise discretion to maintain logs of vehicle issues and produce weekly reports on vehicle locations and issues.
- Use advanced knowledge to work with outside fleet vendors to maintain, service and repair vehicles.
- Coordinate with product planning and marketing to ensure new model launches are supported with the appropriate vehicle orders from the factory.
- Responsible for marketing fleet status reports, meetings, and reviewing collate feedback from the team.
- Route estimates and invoices for necessary approvals and signatures and follow up on approvals and payments.
- Assist in on-going marketing department routing to ensure proper approvals and signatures are acquired.
- Collaborate and effectively communicate all fleet and experiential activities across all internal departments, and external agencies.
- Provide operational and functional support to the Genesis Marketing group for a variety of in-person events and programs

**Major Responsibilities (continued)**:
**Authority**:

- Develop and implement fleet strategies that all programs are executed against.
- Resolve issues and communicate to management and business partners.

**Education**:

- ~ Bachelor’s degree preferred- ~ Master’s degree a plus**Related Experience**:

- Six or more years of fleet management or relevant administrative experience is required.
- Experience with logistics a must.
- Experience with automotive fleet management is a plus.
- Automotive industry experience preferred but not required.

**Skills/Knowledge**:

- General understanding of vehicle technology and trim levels.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Normal office duties- Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.- Business travel as needed**Work Model**:
