We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor, we welcome you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with reservations and provide information about hotel services
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments accurately

**Experience**:

- Experience in customer service role
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with hospitality management practices
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience in hotel or resort management is advantageous

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work setting:

- In-person
