Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team at Doubletree Schenectady, NY. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of hotel transactions, maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Verify and reconcile hotel transactions, including credit card payments and cash handling
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and surrounding areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including covering other areas of the hotel as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
