We are looking for an outstanding New Patient Coordinator to work either part-time or full-time days, with very lucrative pay. This is a highly relational consultative sales position, where qualified leads will be provided for a same day close.

This performance-driven position offers a lucrative compensation structure of base plus commission. We are looking for highly motivated, highly competitive individuals who want to help people and be a part of a great team in a growing industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct sales conversations with prospective patients who are seeking an alternative to surgery and pain medications
- Leads are provided through a CRM system and generated through multiple marketing pipelines
- Effectively answer questions and educate patients on our state-of-the-art regenerative medicine procedures
- Work collaboratively with our medical team and other clinic personnel
- Learn and deliver verbiage for each treatment option prescribed by the medical provider
- Maintain CRM system and actively follow up with provided leads
- Explain financial breakdown and help the patient qualify for financing options
- Manage and meet sales objectives and quantitative goals that align with the strategy, mission, and vision of the organization
- Consistently, close 50%+ patients seen

Success Factors:

- Medical consultative sales and/or transactional sales experience is preferred
- Experience with regenerative medicine, pain management, and orthopedics a plus
- Experience with 3rd party finance options like CareCredit preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Express ideas in an organized manner; adjust language and terminology for different audiences
- Ability to learn new medical terminology and explain medical procedures to patients and other associates
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Be coachable
- Be open to continual sales training and quality improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

- 3 years transactional or consultative sales experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
