- Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
- Experience in workflow mapping and developing work instructions.
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe FrameMaker, and diagramming tools like MS Visio or Lucidchart.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven experience in implementing ISO 9001 standards and utilizing Six Sigma and 5S methodologies in a manufacturing setting.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in technical writing, project management, or Lean Six Sigma.
- A portfolio of relevant documentation that has improved operational efficiencies in previous roles.
