We are looking for a skilled SAP Functional Specialist with expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM) modules to enhance our technology team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement SAP PP & MM modules tailored to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP configurations.
- Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify areas for process enhancements and workflow management.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP configurations and operational procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP PP & MM functionalities.
- Lead testing initiatives for new or updated SAP modules.
- Train end users on the effective utilization of SAP PP & MM modules.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in SAP technology and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience in designing and configuring SAP PP & MM modules.
- Strong proficiency in SAP system navigation and transaction codes.
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP integration points and data flow.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- SAP Certification in PP & MM modules is advantageous.
Additional Information:
As part of this role, you will maintain critical facility parameters, including MRP controllers, MRP groups, MRP types, lot sizing procedures, and availability checks for components. Your extensive global functional experience, including participation in full life cycle SAP-ECC 6.0 implementations, will be invaluable in supporting our production planning and materials management initiatives.
