The mission of an Automotive Sales Consultant is to maximize their individual sales performance by generating appointments with customers that contact the dealership to purchase a new and/or pre-owned vehicle. The goal is to accomplish this while maintaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
**Sales Consultant Responsibilities**:
- Generate sales appointments and assist customers upon arrival with their car buying needs
- Ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented, precise organization and exceptional follow-up skills
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required
**Requirements**:
- Automotive retail sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid salesperson license
- Background check/Drug test screening
- Basic computer skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
