The Consultant will be responsible for assisting automotive dealerships in enhancing their service operations, developing efficient service processes, and implementing key service metrics to drive performance improvements. They deliver a combination of in-person and virtual training to dealers in their assigned territory. Regional travel is required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate the current service operations of underperforming dealerships and identify areas for process enhancement.
- Develop and implement robust service processes tailored to each dealership's specific needs.
- Train dealership staff on new service processes through a combination of virtual and in-person sessions.
- Calculate and analyze key service metrics to measure process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the successful adoption of new service processes.
- Collaborate with dealership management to align service operations with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders on the implementation and outcomes of service process changes.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in automotive service operations and process development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate and interpret key service metrics.
- Excellent communication and training skills, comfortable with both virtual and in-person delivery methods.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple dealership projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Willingness to travel to various dealership locations as required.
- Knowledge of standard dealership practices and processes as well as key personnel positions in both Sales and Service.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver training to small and mid-size audiences.

**What We Offer**:
The compensation for this role will be in the range of $1,000 - $1,200/day depending on a number of factors, including final region and number of dealerships within the assigned territory. Travel expenses are covered in full per contract terms.
