We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager (BDM) to continue the company’s growth and execute broader strategic objectives while supporting market-specific business development objectives. The BDM will perform sales, management, and administrative tasks, such as inbound and outbound lead generation, collaborate with Sales and Operations Team, etc.

**BDM Responsibilities**:
Create and manage Outbound sales lead pipeline:

- Identify clear customer profiles per market segment
- Build potential new-customer list
- Collaborate with Marketing to run outbound campaigns
- Research and identifying potential clients and markets
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Maintain a database of contact information and sales activity

Create and manage inbound sales lead pipeline:

- Qualify inbound leads based on criteria and size
- Coordinate with Marketing to implement strategies that attract customers through content relevant to their needs and interests
- Support and give feedback to Marketing regarding channel performance
- Gain an understanding of our demand channels
- Manage existing channels (keep sold, up-sell)
- Assist with ad-hoc marketing projects and new initiatives
- Execute effective lead nurturing
- Work closely with Account Executive to close sales leads
- Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Follow and achieve department’s goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Collaborate with Marketing on ways to improve sales
- Research market trends
- Propose new business opportunities

**Educational Qualifications/Skills**:

- BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field a plus, and a minimum of 5 years experience in business development
- UAS industry experience is a great plus.
- Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Basic Math skills
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Applicable industry knowledge

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
