**Technical Support Analyst I - Miami Office**

Under senior management guidance, the Technical Support Analyst I will execute tasks and assist in maintaining in-house desktop, and remote computer systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for operating, logging, reporting, and monitoring systems and network operations.
- Accurately document instances of end-of-day processing, equipment, and communication failures, and resolution timeline.
- Support the installation of new computer equipment.
- Ensure that the computer room physical space is properly maintained and kept neatly organized.
- Coordinate the removal and disposal of “End-of-Life” equipment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all hardware and equipment installed in the offices and computer room.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery testing as it relates to technical procedures and end-of-day processing.
- Support end users on computer operation related issues.
- Document and maintain technical operational procedures up-to-date.
- Assist the Systems Engineering team with the inventory of all workstations, monitors, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment installed in the offices and computer room.
- Assist with the technology aspects of “Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC)” requests in coordination with the Systems Engineering team.
- Monitor server logs, firewall logs, intrusion detection logs, and network traffic for unusual or suspicious activity.
- Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Participate in investigation and resolution of security issues.
- End-point security (anti-virus and malware) support and administration.
- Patch management, support, and administration.
- Vulnerability management, remediation, and support.
- Prepare reports on security system and end user activity audits.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required
- Basic knowledge of banking software systems and IT infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Bilingual Spanish

**Compensation**:
The expected base pay rate for this position is $53,000 - $67,000 determined on an individualized basis considering skills, qualifications and experience. Eligible for year-end merit bonus based on performance.
