**Responsibilities**:
- Requirement: Have or be willing to obtain Property/Casualty Insurance license. Employer will pay for class and test.
- Be consistent and timely about working hours, employer is flexible and understandstanding, but needs someone consistent in the role.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office space.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with various teams to facilitate smooth workflow.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role preferred, but not required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
