We offer unique programs that provide clients with tremendous incentives, such as Move-Up, Lease Buy Out, and Guaranteed Lease.  Over the past 30 years, Move-Up America has successfully completed over 10,000 real estate transactions.

Role Description

  • This is a full-time or part-time position depending on skill level, as an Office Administrator at Move-Up America. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as customers service via phone & email, real estate data entry, some marketing, running reports, payroll, invoicing, bank deposits and mail duties.  QuickBooks experience is preferred for receiving & paying commissions, sending ACH transfers, payroll and withholding. The role is primarily located in Round Rock, TX but offers flexibility for some remote work. 

Qualifications

  • Experience in office administration
  • Communication, and Customer Service skills
  • QuickBooks experience is necessary for full-time
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Excel is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
