Job Summary:
The Case Aide will assist the Case Manager in delivering services to refugee and immigrant clients. This role involves direct client interaction, administrative support, and coordination of services to ensure clients receive the assistance they need to thrive in their new environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out timely pre
- and post-arrival tasks to ensure each client has living essentials such as housing, food, medical care, and access to transportation, and is oriented to their new environment.

Conduct home visits and outreach activities to support client engagement and program participation.

Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients with service providers.

Support the organization and execution of program events, workshops, and activities.

Conduct client intakes, assessments, and follow-up visits.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the Case Manager.

Participate in team meetings, and trainings.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in social work, human services, or a related field preferred.

Experience working with refugees, immigrants, or other diverse populations is highly desirable.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Fluency in a second language commonly spoken by the refugee population in the area (e.g. Spanish, Arabic, Dari, Pashto) is highly preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for conducting home visits and attending meetings.

Commitment to the mission and values of the Refugee and Placement Program.

Working Conditions:
Primarily office-based with frequent local travel for home visits and client appointments.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to accommodate client needs and program events.

Use personal, insured vehicle to travel and transport clients and materials as needed throughout the service delivery area.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
