We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Human Resources Team to support our Regions working remote. The person we seek must be passsionate about all aspects of Human Resources with interests in talent attraction, employment branding, high-volume recruiting operations, and internship program development. The Talent Acquisition Specialist has the opportunity to make a positive impact across multiple brands while shaping the company culture.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Travel to support our multiple regions / locations within CT, MA, NH, RI, NY, NJ, DE, MD, VA, DC, GA.
- Manage the job requisition and applicant workflows via ADP Workforce Now and update as needed.
- Administer and manage open positions processes.
- Coordinate all details for the Internship program including event planning and swag creativity/production.
- Attend job fairs and manage applicants.
- Provide and evaluate reporting on a recurring basis.
- Work with Payroll and other HR Team members to provide best-in-class services to hiring managers.
- Work in collaboration with other HR Team members on HR Generalist and administrative functions including Training and Employee Development.
- Responsible for the administration of the I-9 process.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of human resources generalist experience working within a corporate and/or high-volume staffing environment.
- Experience with recruiting and/or recruiting operations for all levels of an organization is preferred.
- The ability to "make it happen" in a changing work environment, where priorities shift quickly.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to have fun.
- Ability to quickly build internal key stakeholder relationships.
- Creative, flexible, and willing to try new approaches to solve problems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
