Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals in upgrading and maintaining our technology infrastructure
  • Collaborate with executives to manage technical transitions and internalization efforts
  • Oversee IT security measures to ensure the integrity of our systems and data
  • Drive technology migrations during acquisitions and integrations
  • Manage our technology environment, including Meraki networks and Office 365 consolidation

  • 10+ years of experience in leading IT infrastructure projects
  • Strong technical background with hands-on leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executives and navigate complex organizational challenges
  • Experience working with MSP vendors for IT functions
  • Familiarity with help desk strategies and user support
  • Expertise in IT security measures, including risk assessment and mitigation
  • Experience with acquisitions and technology integrations
  • Knowledge of Meraki, 3CX phones, and Office 365
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a growing team
  • Experience managing a desktop support team
