We are actively seeking a Digital Product Management Director to lead the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Digital Platforms team responsible for delivering digital capabilities to WIM clients and other investment firms that license our software. This individual will have a strong background prioritizing relationship-building with business leaders to create clarity and transparency to alignment with goals and outcomes

**In this role, you will**:

- Manage and lead teams focused on building digital experiences for clients and end-firms aligned with Wealth & Investment Management division
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify product improvements and new product features
- Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Identify opportunities to improve the client's digital experience by reviewing research and feedback from Voice of Customer sources, user testing, and competitive intelligence

**Required Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management experience
- Experience leading scrum teams with accountability for backlog development, refinement, and prioritization
- Client relationship management across enterprise and heavily matrixed environments

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and translate findings
- Leveraged reports, data, and insights to influence broader audiences (i.e. excel, PPT, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to influence and manage cross functional work streams to execute projects with quality and on-time
- Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user stories
- Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
- This opportunity provides a Hybrid work schedule

- Salary range for NYC & Bay Area: $207,900-431,900 USD
