As we continue to expand our presence, we’re seeking a dynamic Digital Director to lead and elevate our digital strategy across all channels, driving brand affinity, retail sales, and customer retention/loyalty.


Position Summary:

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Digital Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that spans across all digital touchpoints. This includes social media, paid media, SEM/SEO, website, display advertising, affiliate/influencer marketing, email marketing, SMS campaigns, and more. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing and a proven track record in driving growth and brand engagement in the consumer goods industry. You will manage an internal team of one Social Media Associate and oversee an external media agency. This role requires a strong digital storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced, lean environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall brand vision and business goals.
  • Channel Management: Oversee and optimize all digital marketing channels, including social media, paid media, SEM/SEO, email, SMS, display, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
  • Team & Agency Management: Lead an internal team, including a Social Media Associate, and manage the relationship with an external media agency to ensure alignment and execution of digital initiatives.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand loyalty.
  • Performance Marketing: Lead data-driven marketing initiatives to maximize ROI, optimize ad spend, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • SEO/SEM Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to improve organic search visibility and manage paid search campaigns effectively.
  • Website Management: Ensure the company’s website is optimized for user experience, conversion, and SEO, while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Affiliate & Influencer Marketing: Build and manage relationships with key partners and influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Email & SMS Marketing: Design and implement effective email and SMS marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and increase repeat purchases.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Digital Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives across digital platforms that align with brand values and engage our audience.
  • Office Presence: Report to the office 3-4 days per week to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive project execution.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the consumer goods or beverage industry.
  • Proven track record in driving digital growth and brand engagement.
  • Expertise in social media, paid media, SEM/SEO, email marketing, SMS, and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong storytelling abilities and a passion for creating engaging digital content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment.
