- Touch all tables and make connections with guests to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and rectify any negative impressions
- Guarantee product quality and service standards are maintained at all times
- Collaborate with the entire management team, corporate team and ownership to develop, implement and execute restaurant priorities
- Help to hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively, and take corrective action as necessary, in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy

Starting salary is based on experience.
This position includes subsidized health insurance, vision & dental insurance, a wellness program, considerable dining discounts at company-owned concepts, paid sick leave and two weeks of paid vacation.
