Position Overview

Laura Lyons is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to enhance our vibrant team. This role offers a competitive compensation of $15/hour plus tips and paid time off.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, punctual, and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a FULL-TIME position with a schedule from Wednesday to Sunday, primarily in the afternoon and evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the take-out window, ensuring excellent customer service and order accuracy.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, including drawer reconciliation.
  • Oversee the sandwich assembly station and ensure quality control.
  • Coordinate the expo station to facilitate smooth service.
  • Perform side work, including preparing sauces and assembling take-out containers.
  • Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness throughout the service area.
  • Lead nightly cleaning efforts with the closing team.
  • Occasionally assist with opening shifts as needed.

This supervisory role entails additional responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of our establishment. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and integrity, and we expect the same from our team members.

Compensation and Growth:
