OXFORD Regional Manager Operations & Maintenance

**Job Summary**

This is a key leadership position within the company. The Regional Manager has full oversight of multiple airport operations and projects, plus participates in the development of new projects to address current and future client needs. Contract oversight to ensure maximum profitability and support renegotiation of dated contracts. Communicate and keep leadership current on opportunities and issues and contribute to informed decisions with regards to company growth and direction.

**Responsibilities**
- Promote safety daily and with all employees
- Provide technical and administrative support and direction to a team of O&M Managers who manage Oxford activities at multiple airport locations within the US
- Develop and oversee station budgets to ensure maximum profitability and cost controls
- Lead all direct/indirect reports including setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing salary/bonus recommendations
- Responsible for O&M development activities including work-scope, project budgeting, subcontractor proposals/agreements, and proper execution of deliverables during the construction and performance phases
- Assist in designing and delivering field education classes to ensure project stakeholders are properly trained on the assigned systems/equipment
- Conduct regular trips to assigned locations to consult with customers, O&M managers, O&M field personnel, and subcontractors to ensure projects are meeting the stated objectives.
- Provide oversight, direction, and assistance to the regional field O&M Managers regarding unplanned outages, contractual disputes, and labor issues
- Ensure personnel are utilizing the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track completion of all required preventative maintenance, repair, and replacement activities on systems/equipment as outlined in each contract
- Interact with engineering and the projects team to ensure we understand and pursue the right opportunities and develop professional and complete bid submissions
- Pursue new customers through contacts and performance references
- Identify and develop staff to help them take the next step in their careers.
- Hold employees accountable and treat all with respect.

**Minimum Requirements**
- 10+ years of professional-level relevant experience is required.
- Business and Administrative background
- Communication skills, written and verbal
- A solid understanding of budgets and corporate profitability
- Ability to identify and develop talent
- An understanding of and ability to use the administrative tools provided by the company
- Ability to identify new opportunities and to turn those opportunities into new Oxford contracts
- Good follow-up
- Results oriented

- Financial awareness
- Minimum of 5-years’ experience training, directing, and leading technical field personnel.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills are required.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Excellent leadership, team building, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Local to the DFW or JFK metro area

**Physical Requirements/Working Conditions**

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
