**Position Purpose**:
The **Regional Operations Manager** plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of the venues within their region. You will be responsible for establishing, communicating, and upholding company values and operating procedures while fostering a fun and engaging work environment. We are seeking a true professional who has positive energy, a passion for hospitality, and experience of building high performance teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help define, implement, and revise operational guidelines and policies to ensure consistency and excellence across all venues.
- Develop and execute growth initiatives to expand our company footprint and enhance our market presence.
- Hire and train competent leadership to oversee daily operations of the venues.
- Liaise with senior leadership to develop financial plans and ensure company wide operational compliance.
- Empower and inspire managers to enhance their leadership skills with consistent coaching.
- Proactively receive feedback and propose solutions to improve operations and guest experiences.
- Foster a culture of development, growth, and collaboration.
- Proactively forecast, submit projections, and achieve target financial goals through strategic planning and execution.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and accountability, maintaining high personal standards in all aspects of your work.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Must pass background check prior to hire
- Multi-site management experience within hospitality including leading venue openings
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with results-driven mindset
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the business
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Pay: $170,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 5 years (required)
- Regional Manager: 5 years (required)
- Multi-site management: 5 years (required)
- Microsoft Office Suite: 5 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Washington, DC: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
