**Job Duties**:

- **Route Planning**: Develop efficient routes to ensure passengers reach their destinations on time.
- **Driver Coordination**: Maintain constant communication with drivers, addressing any routing issues.
- **Situation Monitoring**: Keep an eye on road conditions, construction zones, weather, and accidents to revise routes as needed.
- **Customer Updates**: Inform customers about the status of their drivers in case of delays.
- **Call Handling**: Answer calls from drivers and customers, relaying emergencies to the appropriate personnel and handling quotes, booking modifications, and client questions.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Monitor DOT hours to ensure drivers can complete their trips, arranging relay drivers if necessary.
- **Additional Responsibilities**: Perform other duties as assigned.
- Have open availability (weekends are a must).
- Are knowledgeable about the Greater Chicagoland Area.
- Understand they will be the primary representative of the company, embodying our core values of transparency, integrity, and trust.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Are detail-oriented and take pride in completing tasks.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
