Responsibilities:

Project/Business Responsibilities:
Oversees the Service Profit and Loss for designated branch(es). Anticipates staffing needs. Effectively prioritizes customer inquiries and communicates with dispatch accordingly. Ensures adherence to customer requirements and timely completion of service calls. Validates compliance with customer protocols and approves work orders. Analyzes dashboards and financial reports, taking necessary actions. Manages procurement of parts and supplies. Maintains open communication with clients to meet their expectations. Addresses issues or challenges affecting customer satisfaction. Oversees fleet management, parts, and materials inventory, resolving discrepancies promptly. Cultivates and sustains long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors.

People Responsibilities:
Communicates organizational direction, establishes expectations, and holds the team accountable for outcomes. Provides leadership, fosters a collaborative team environment, and recognizes team achievements. Conducts interviews, selects, hires, and oversees the onboarding process for supervisors, team leads, and technicians. Ensures efficient scheduling and dispatching of technicians based on skill set, location, and service demand. Manages performance and offers training, coaching, and feedback to Supervisors, Team Leads, and Technicians. Utilizes metrics to drive accountability and performance. Ensures compliance with Service policies and procedures, including eSo, refrigerant tracking, timekeeping, etc. Promotes the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe practices among all employees. Guarantees that customer service and work quality align with customer expectations and Source standards.

Qualifications:
Project/Business Management:
High school diploma, GED, or completion of a trade program or technical school. A college degree is advantageous. 10+ years of experience in refrigeration/HVAC service, commercial construction, or a related field.


Comprehensive knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC principles and practices, including service hour estimation, labor forecasting, and the various disciplines involved in the area of responsibility.

Proficient in understanding and managing Profit and Loss statements.

Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize competing tasks, and exhibit strong organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment. Excellent verbal/nonverbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills, with a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns and fostering strong working relationships.

Knowledge of job site safety protocols, with the ability to oversee work activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Familiarity with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable State and Federal laws.

Proficient in using standard business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, Work Order/Dispatch Software, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. A clean driving record.

People Management: 5+ years of experience in people management.

Strong leadership capabilities, with proven experience managing a diverse and multi-disciplinary workforce.

Skilled in coaching, training, developing, and building effective teams. Proficient in time management, delegating tasks, and ensuring successful outcomes.
