**A Brief Overview**
Under direction, independently resolves complex patient accounts.

**What you will do**
- Subject matter expert, handles most complex issues, performs audits.
- Ensure accurate collections. Ensures clean audit process.
- Provides excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned

**Education Qualifications**
- High School Diploma / GED Required
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred

**Experience Qualifications**
- At least seven (7) years experience in Healthcare Collections Required
- At least eight (8) years experience in Healthcare Collections Preferred

**Skills and Abilities**
- Excellent attention to detail, organized, computer skills, strong analytical skills Special Projects - Focus task, detail oriented, considered as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
