Accounts Receivable Specialist

WES Health System is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fiscal operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing of accounts receivable and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and filing.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fiscal policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, including billing files and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with courses in bookkeeping and/or business practices.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in record processing, preferably in accounts receivable.
  • Data entry experience, preferably in a health or business office setting.
  • Collection experience and knowledge of billing processing.
