Contracts Administrator I

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years in an office environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to successfully multitask
- Must be able to work both independently and as a team contributor
- Strong communication skills

Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Enter contract information into contract management tool
- Review NDAs for terms under the guidance of the contracts manager
- Enter contract information into the accounting system as well as monitor contract changes and update the accounting system accordingly
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Contracts
- Support proposal submittals when needed
- Providing clerical and administrative support
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
- Additional Administrative tasks as assigned

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,500.00 per year
