**Nightingale Services Inc. is looking to hire a Full-time Scheduling Coordinator for our Sandersville, GA office.**

This position would include daily tasks of managing the schedules of caregivers and pharmacy delivery with all home health aides/nurses, assisting the manager with recruitment and hiring, auditing and confirming payroll, the ability for on-call rotation, and assisting with other office tasks.

Qualities for our ideal Scheduler would include strong computing skills and ability to learn our Electronic Medical Record system, punctuality, ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, excellent communication with field staff and office team, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Preferred qualifications for this position include a High School Degree or equivalent or higher, office environment experience, preferred experience in scheduling in a healthcare-related field, proficiency in the use of computers, and the ability to learn.

**Responsibilities**
- Adhere to the work schedule as assigned, with flexibility to the needs of the patients.
- Answer phone lines appropriately, perform filing, faxing and other office duties as required for effective, daily operation of the office.
- Actively address employee, client, case manager or additional office staff's inquiries, concerns and/or questions expeditiously and in a professional manner.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels in relation to patient care and minimize all unnecessary overtime.
- Report all falls to appropriate personnel by using correct documentation or verbal tools (communication forms, verbal discussions, electronic means, etc.).
- Assist in new hire orientations, interviewing and other tasks as needed in relation to staffing levels.
- Create and Maintain charts of clients and staff. Provide updates to manager as requested. Send all supporting documentation to necessary entities (staff, case managers, patients, corporate office, etc.) as needed.
- Exhibit positive attitude and behavior and demonstrate respect for employees and clients and maintain absolute confidentiality of all information pertaining to clients, clients' families and employees.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with all case managers.
- Constantly encourage and support the growth of the office, staff and patient numbers in a positive and professional manner.
- Offer positive assistance to other staff members as needed/requested.
- Maintain appropriate/constant operation of the office during normal office hours. **Attend all meetings as required/requested.**:

- Maintain clean office area to include all public areas, desk, office equipment, files, outside area & parking areas

**Skills**
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator
- Experience with an online prescription system is a plus
- Knowledge of medication and dosage measurement
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Reliable, with a keen eye for detail

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
