Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage projects in the construction sector, particularly focusing on HVAC systems, pipefitting, and sheet metal work. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are executed efficiently, adhering to quality standards, budgetary limits, and established timelines.

Key Duties

  • Direct the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and various construction specialists to develop practical and efficient project plans.
  • Create and oversee detailed project schedules and work plans, identifying necessary resources and materials for successful outcomes.
  • Track project progress, implementing necessary adjustments to address risks and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders, providing consistent updates on project developments and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations, fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship on all job sites.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing HVAC, pipefitting, and sheet metal projects, demonstrating a successful track record in project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and coordinating diverse teams to meet project objectives.
  • Familiarity with construction project management software and tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
