About the Practice:
**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator team member who will:

- _ Educate, consult and present patient treatment pla_ns._
- _ Schedules and confirms patient appointments._
- _ Verifies insurance for all clinical appointments._
- _ Enters information on dental software in patient accounts._
- _ Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information._
- _ Collects all monies due for services rendered._
- _ Develops and maintains doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary._
- _ Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth._
- _ Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment._

Qualifications:

- _High school diploma or equivalent required._
- _ A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting._
- _ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite._
- _ Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred._
