**Job Summary**:
Meneses Law is seeking a Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Research Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that inform strategic decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. **Essential Functions/ Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute market research studies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to gather relevant data.
- Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to identify market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes.
- Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and meaningful way.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insight that support service development and overall business strategy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes, keeping the company informed about potential opportunities and threats.
- Develop and maintain databases for market research purposes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.

Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance.  Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Education/ Experience:

- A bachelor's degree, knowledge of MS Office and MacOS.
