**About the Role**:
**Job Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- **Strategic Workforce Planning**
Design and deliver complex analyses of external and internal information and analyses of complex resourcing scenarios to support the development of key strategic insights and the strategic workforce plan.
- **Transformational Change Management**

**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2 to 4 years experience of directly managing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
- 3 to 6 years experience within the recruiting field
- Over 2 years experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in staffing and recruitment
- Experience with the following software and procedures:
- Google Suite
- Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Performance Management
- Reporting and Data Analytics
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Experience in designing structure and implementing career development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
